Material required:

Raw Banana - 1
Potato - 2
Gram flour - 1/2 cup or as required
Onion - 1/2 cup
Green Chili - 2-3
Bhaja masala - 2 tablespoons
Oil - Guess
Salt - as per taste
Sugar - As per taste

To make Bhaja Masala:

Panchforan - 1 Tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tablespoon
Fennel - 1/2 tablespoon
Whole Red Chili - 1

Method of preparation: To make raw banana chops, firstly chop the onion and green chilies finely. Now cut the entire raw banana in the center without peeling the skin. Then put the chopped raw bananas and potatoes in the pressure cooker and add water as per your taste and boil till 2 whistles come. Now leave the pressure cooker on for 15 minutes. Open the pressure cooker after 15 minutes, take out the boiled banana and potatoes from the cooker and keep it to cool completely.

Meanwhile, bhaja masala will be prepared. For this, roast panchoforan, cumin, dry red chilli and fennel on a pan. Then grind them together in a mixer, take out the boiled bananas and potato peels and put them in a big bowl and mash them well. Now add chopped onion, green chilies, bhaja masala, salt and sugar and mix well. Divide the paste of this mashed banana in equal parts and give them a tikki shape.

Now take gram flour in a large bowl and add turmeric and salt to it and prepare the solution. Keep in mind that the batter should not be too thin or too thick. Banana Tikki are wrapped in gram flour and wrapped. Put a pan on medium flame on the gas and pour oil in it and let it heat up. When the oil is hot, add the besan wraps in the gram flour and fry them on low heat till golden. Fry these tikkis till they turn golden. Now take them out in a plate.
