On Wednesday, India rejected China's claim on the Galvan valley in eastern Ladakh. The Ministry of External Affairs termed China's claim on the area against the agreement reached by both sides. The Foreign Ministry termed China's claim as 'exaggerated and baseless'. Foreign Ministry spokesman Anurag Shrivastava's statement came when China said that the Galvan Valley is a part of its territory.
