Gogoi said, 'The people of Assam are not stupid, we know how much sympathy they have for Assam. Not sympathy, it's just crocodile tears. Last day, PM Modi was trying to show that peace has come to Bodoland after signing the agreement. Everyone knows that the atmosphere of peace came in Bodoland when we signed an agreement with the Bodo Liberation Tigers (BLT) in 2003 and development started there. The current agreement has been signed with fringe groups only."
