New Delhi: Five friends, including an engineer and a student going to Delhi to eat food at Murthal Dhaba, rammed into the divider uncontrollably in front of the Phelwan Dhaba located at Murthal on GT Road. After hitting the divider, the car went from Delhi-Panipat lane to Panipat-Delhi lane and the truck coming from the front hit it strongly. In the accident, 4 friends, including the woman, went to go. And one of them got injured. After reaching the police, the injured have been admitted to the general hospital. Police has filed a case against the truck driver.

According to the information, Tushar Gupta (23), resident of Deep Vihar in Rohini Sector-24, Delhi, Megha Khatri (23), resident of GTK Depot, Delhi, Vaibhav Sakral (23), Rohini Sector-11E-2, Parwana of Rohini Sector-9. Vihar resident Shubham Sharma (23) and Jyot Swaroop (24), resident of Banda Bahadur Apartment in Sector-14, Rohini, were going to Delhi to eat at Sukhdev Dhaba in Murthal late Saturday. Jyot Swaroop has told the police that all were sitting in Shubham's Grand I-10 car. Shubham was driving the car and Megha was sitting on the seat next to him, the rest of the friends were sitting on the back seat. When he reached the front of the Phelwan dhaba ahead of Murthal, a person was crossing the road in front of the car.

Seeing him, Shubham tried to save him and the car rammed uncontrollably into the road divider. After which the car reached the Panipat-Delhi lane and collided with the truck coming at a high speed. According to the information, the car flew away in the incident and the car rider Vaibhav, Megha, Shubham and Tushar died on the spot. And after that Jyot Swarup got injured. Passengers admitted him to the General Hospital in critical condition. The police took possession of the bodies of the four and handed them over to the families after conducting the post-mortem on Sunday. Police has filed a case against the truck driver on the statement of Jyot Swaroop.
