Four more people died due to Coronavirus infection in Rajasthan on Sunday, taking the total number of people who died of the infection in the state to 341. With this, 154 new cases were reported, the total number of infected in the state increased to 14,691 out of which 2,955 patients are undergoing treatment.
Additional Chief Secretary Rohit Kumar Singh said that two patients died in Jaipur, one each in Ajmer and Bharatpur on Sunday. With this, the total number of deaths in the state has increased to 341. In Jaipur alone, the death toll from the coronavirus has risen to 147 while 30 have died in Jodhpur, 29 in Bharatpur, 19 in Kota, 14 in Ajmer and 10 in Nagaur. 22 patients from other states also died here.

These include 59 in Dholpur, 31 in Jaipur, 22 in Jhunjhunu, 12 in Alwar, nine in Sikar, five each in Bhilwara and Dungarpur, three in Rajsamand, two each in Jhalawada, Nagaur and Udaipur and one person lost in Churu. At the same time, in total cases of coronavirus infection in Rajasthan include two Italian citizens as well as 61 people who were brought from Iran and held in army health centres in Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. Curfew has been imposed in many police station areas across the state due to Coronavirus infection.
