Aizawl: According to the Health Department, 1,224 new COVID-19 cases were reported in Mizoram in the last 24 hours, which is 206 less than the previous day. The state's tally has reached 1,08,790 on Wednesday. The death toll rose to 367 as four more people succumbed to the infection. He said that Aizawl district reported the maximum number of 750 fresh cases, followed by Lunglei district (87) and Serchhip district (83). State Immunization Officer Dr Laljavmi said that till Tuesday more than 6.87 lakh people have been vaccinated, out of which 4.80 lakh people have received the full dose of Kovid-19 vaccine.
