Lucknow: Congress national general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, who arrived in Rae Bareli a day ahead of polling for the third phase of assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday, has termed most of the work done by the Yogi government in the state as a failure. He said the free ration that is being given in the Uttar Pradesh government is good, but the government should put people on its feet with education and employment.

Congress national general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra said, "If the Congress comes to power, we will ensure that there are special schools for girls in every district, 25 per cent of the recruitment in the police is reserved for women. We will create a job calendar and employment will be provided from time to time.''

Addressing a Congress rally at Johwa Sharkey in Rae Bareli, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra said, "We want to bring a law that suspends officers who do not file an FIR within 15 days of a complaint of harassment by a woman.''
