According to information provided by the state health department, on Saturday, 68 deaths and 3,713 new cases were reported from Corona in Tamil Nadu. Now the total number has reached 78,335 here. The Health Department said that while the total number of active cases is 33,213, the death toll has reached 1,025. Also, the Commissioner of Police of Guwahati said that the entire lockdown will be implemented in Guwahati for the next 14 days. Guwahati city will be completely closed for 14 days from 7 pm today. The Commissioner of Police said that the government has issued instructions. Lockdown will be enforced very strictly.

On the other hand, the highest number of cases of coronavirus have been reported in India in a day. In the last 24 hours, about 20 thousand new cases of virus have been reported. During this, more than 13 thousand people have also recovered. The number of people infected with the coronavirus in the country has increased to 5.28 lakhs. According to the statistics of the Ministry of Health, the number of healthy patients has increased from active cases to more than one lakh.
