New Delhi: G7 leaders will hold a virtual meeting today to discuss the ongoing war in Afghanistan. The meeting is expected to see G7 group leaders commit to unite on the issue of officially approving or banning the Taliban. Two diplomatic sources have informed in this regard. Allies are also on alert over the US delay following the terror group's occupation of Kabul.

Foreign diplomats have said in Washington that cooperation will be the main objective of the meeting. The European Diplomat said the G7 leaders will agree that mutual cooperation will be taken care of during the decision on the Taliban and that allies will work together. Leaders of the US, UK, Italy, France, Germany, Canada, and Japan, the terror group may use organized official recognition or new sanctions to emphasize the Taliban to respect for women's rights and international relations.

British PM Boris Johnson will emphasize an organized approach during the G7 meeting, which will also include NATO Secretary-General Jane Stoltenberg and UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres. British diplomat Karen Pierre has reported in this regard. We are moving towards developing a clear plan so that we can take an organized and correct decision on the developments in Afghanistan. We will judge the Taliban from its work, not by things.
