On Saturday afternoon, ammonia gas was leaked in Haldiram, a company that manufactures food items located in Sector 65 of the Phase III area. After receiving the information about the incident, the fire department and police officials reached the spot and controlled the situation. An employee fainted in this incident. He has been admitted to the hospital.

Regarding the matter, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone II) Harish Chander told that Haldiram is a famous company making food items in Sector 65. He said that ammonia gas leakage occurred in the said company around 12 noon on Saturday. Due to the leakage of gas, the people working in the company suffered a lot. People started running around making noise.

Apart from this, he told that in this incident an employee became unconscious, who has been admitted to a private hospital for treatment, his condition remains critical.
