New Delhi: Famous spinner Kuldeep Yadav has not been included in the first Test match being played against England. This decision of the team management is being severely criticized. Meanwhile, the name of former team India opener Gautam Gambhir has also been added to the criticism. Gambhir said that he is surprised to see Kuldeep not in the team.

On not involving Kuldeep Yadav in the first Test match, Gambhir said that it is unfortunate for Kuldeep. Gambhir while talking to Cricbuzz said, 'To be honest, it is a bit unfortunate for Kuldeep. I think Kuldeep should have been selected in the team against England. Wrist spinners are very short. He goes everywhere with the team, and he has not played any cricket, so he could have proved to be an important weapon.'

Before the first Test against England, Akshar Patel got injured and separated from the team. In place of Akshar, the team management included Shahbaz Nadeem in the team. As soon as Nadeem joined the team, he was made a part of the playing XI. Apart from Nadeem, Washington Sundar and Ravichandran Ashwin are leading the team's spin bowling in this Test match. After not involving Kuldeep, people are constantly getting angry on social media.
