In Rajasthan, the problems of CM Ashok Gehlot Government are constantly increasing. On the one hand, the Rajasthan High Court has stayed the summons of the Assembly Speaker, but now the case of merger of Bahujan Samaj Party's MLA has also reached the court. Bharatiya Janata Party's MLA Madan Dilawar has filed a petition in the High Court, raising questions about the merger of 6 MLAs of BSP into Congress. Now this case will be heard on Monday.

Let us tell you that in September 2019, all 6 MLAs of Bahujan Samajwadi Party joined the Congress. Assembly Speaker CP Joshi had then told that the letter of merger of all MLAs with Congress has been received. There is no legal hurdle in this situation. With the joining of these MLAs in the Congress, the strength of the party was 106 in the assembly.

Be aware that now when the MLAs of the Congress rebel, the matter of these MLAs has come to light once again. Mayawati herself has attacked Ashok Gehlot. He had tweeted that Rajasthan's CM Gehlot has violated the first Dalit-changing law and betrayed it continuously for the second time with the BSP. At the same time, he also said that the legislators were included in the Congress and now by tapping the phone apparently they have done another illegal and unconstitutional act. Significantly, these cases are already going on in the Rajasthan High Court. In which on Friday, the court has imposed stay on the summons of the assembly speaker, in addition to this, the petition making the party to the central government has also been approved.
