Hyderabad: GHMC is constructing two steel bridges at a cost of about Rs 17 crore in Nagarjuna Circle. One bridge from the NFCL junction goes directly to the cemetery, the other goes from the entrance to the cemetery to the Banjara Hills.

Jubilee Hills, deputy engineer of GHMC, said, "To facilitate traffic, we are building two steel bridges in front of the Chutney restaurant in Nagarjuna Circle. A budget of Rs 17 crore has been approved.

He said that about Rs 9 crore construction work has been completed and Rs 6 crore has been allocated to approve land acquisition. Rs 11 crore for two steel bridges. 20% of the remaining construction works are in progress.

The total length of the flyover of the Panjagutta Cemetery is 110 meters. The second bridge is from the entrance to the cemetery to the Banjara hills. The road wideis also being done. This road is about 65 meters long and wide one and a half meters wide.
