Patna: The country has been in a heated state over the decision to deploy 10,000 additional paramilitary forces in Jammu and Kashmir and reports of the removal of Article 35A. Now, on Article 35A, Union Minister Giriraj Singh has made a big statement. On the other hand, JD(U) does not agree with Giriraj Singh's statement.

JD Spokesperson Rajiv Ranjan has said that democracy is governed by the consent of all, it is true that we are opposed to them. But he cannot go ahead by bypassing him. Farooq Abdullah has been active in the state of Kashmir for 40 years. They have worked in many Governments.

Earlier, in a tweet, Union Minister Giriraj Singh questioned Abdullah and Mehbooba Mufti, saying that "many opposition parties do not want the development of Kashmir, they keep intimidating the people in the name of 35A." There is a huge potential for development in Kashmir, it could become another Switzerland if it does not impede people like Farooq Abdullah and Mehbooba Mufti!

On the other hand, the JDU has disagreed with Giriraj's statement saying Mehbooba Mufti is also a veteran leader of Jammu and Kashmir. His father, Mufti Mohammed Sayeed, has also held important positions. Rajeev Ranjan has said that one thing is very clear that the jdu will not compromise with the rules framed by the forefathers on Sections 370 and 35A. At no cost, we will not join the disputed cases.
