Panaji: The corona virus continues to fluctuate in the country. Due to this, restrictions are still there in some places. At the same time, some places have now been completely relaxed. Amidst all this, Goa has decided to increase the lockdown. As per the recent information received, the Government of Goa has announced extension of curfew imposed to prevent the spread of corona virus infection till June 21.

 

 

Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant made the announcement recently. The announcement was made last Saturday. The announcement said, "Curfew has been extended till 7 am on June 21. In fact, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has also tweeted about it". Giving details, he said, "Shops located in panchayat and municipal areas have also been allowed to open from 7 am to 3 pm. Weddings can be organized with 50 people".

The detailed information will be released by the district magistrate. At the same time, let us also tell you that after 472 new covid-19 cases were reported in Goa on Saturday, the total number of infected persons has gone up to 1,62,048 while the death toll due to death of 15 patients has increased to 2914.
