In a video addressing the residents of Goa today, Sunday, CM Sawant said, "There is no need for pre-registration. You can walk-in and get vaccinated. All persons above the age of 18 years will be eligible for walk-in vaccination without any restrictions. The campaign will be conducted at 164 locations at municipal and gram panchayat level and 40 permanent locations of Directorate of Health Services across Goa. The campaign he was referring to is the third phase of 'Tika Utsav' in the state."

He also said, "Apart from permanent immunization centres located at PRIMARY HEALTH CENTRES and COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTRES in the State, there will also be vaccination centres from one village to another. A timetable will be issued, see when there is a camp in your village and do not run to any other Gram Panchayat for vaccination. The Goa government has decided to launch the third phase of the vaccine festival after Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced free vaccination for all from June 21.".
