Godrej Properties, the major real estate company under the Godrej Group, has made headlines by selling apartments worth a staggering Rs 2,600 crore in its latest project, Godrej Aristocrat. Situated in Sector 49 along the Golf Course Extension Road in Gurugram, this accomplishment marks the company's most successful launch to date in terms of sales value. Surpassing their previous record set at Godrej Tropical Isle in Noida last quarter, which reached over Rs 2,000 crore in sales, this achievement highlights the company's growing success in the real estate market.

The location of Golf Course Extension Road holds significance as it offers access to excellent social amenities and is in close proximity to well-established commercial hubs along Golf Course Road, Golf Course Extension Road, and Sohna Road, making it an attractive residential area in Gurugram.

Expressing the company's commitment to Gurugram, Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO of Godrej Properties, stated, "Gurugram is a crucial market for us. We aim to introduce four new projects in Gurugram by 2024, aspiring to develop exceptional residential communities that provide enduring value for our residents."

Moreover, Godrej Properties has acquired approximately 62 acres of land in Kurukshetra, Haryana, with plans to develop a plotted residential area spanning 1.4 million square feet.

Notably, the company's expansion in the National Capital Region (NCR) continues as it recently procured two land parcels for a residential project in Noida through an auction conducted by the local authority, spending Rs 377 crore.

This remarkable achievement in Gurugram further solidifies Godrej Properties' foothold in the real estate market, showcasing its commitment to delivering quality residences and fostering long-term value for its customers.
