March 7, 2022:  The price of 24-carat gold in the first trading session of the week was at Rs 53,595 per 10 grams.
March 8, 2022: Gold prices on Tuesday fell by Rs 47 to Rs 53,548 per 10 grams.  
March 9, 2022: The price of gold fell by Rs 407 on Wednesday and the price of 24-carat gold fell to Rs 53,141 per 10 grams at the time of closing of the bullion market on Wednesday.  
March 10, 2022: The election results were announced on Thursday and on this day also the price of 10 grams of gold saw a fall of Rs 261. Similarly, on March 10, the price of gold stood at Rs 52,880 per 10 grams.  
March 11, 2022: Gold fell by Rs 418 to Rs 52,462 per 10 grams in the last trading session of the week. According to a report, gold became cheaper by Rs 1,133 per 10 grams in the business week of March 7-11, 2022.

The price of silver dips
March 7, 2022: Silver price stood at Rs 70,580 per kg at the bullion market on Monday.  
March 8, 2022: The second trading session of the week saw silver price rise by Rs 310 per kg, pushing up the price of silver to Rs 70,890 per kg in the spot market.  
March 9, 2022: Silver price drops marginally by Rs 56 per kg in the third trading session.  
March 10, 2022: Silver price on Thursday fell by Rs 1,019 to Rs 69,815 per kg.  
March 11, 2022: Silver price plunges by Rs 102 per kg in the last trading session of the week.
