The state government is not paying attention to the recommendations of the Human Rights Commission in Madhya Pradesh. There are more than 50 cases in which the Commission has repeatedly sent reminders in the context of recommendations. In many other cases, including the police, the Commission's letters were not taken seriously, the Commission had to take refuge in the High Court. The Commission recommends compensation for police custody or deaths in prison, but no policy has been made on this. In the case of injury and death of civilians due to biting of the dog, the Commission recommended compensation from the government, but on behalf of the government So there was no Wi Commission imposed episode in the High Court.

After this, the court issued notices to the government. It is said that the recommendations of many cases related to police, health, and revenue department are lying in cold storage. There are more cases of suicides, unnatural deaths, and bite of dogs in particular. The reminder is also not answered. Sources of the commission claim that cases related to police, health and jail departments are in large numbers. Apart from this, cases related to revenue departments like pension, non-compensation, demarcation of land, nomination and illegal possession cases are also heard.

In cases of human rights violations, the Commission itself takes cognizance and sends a recommendation and summons the inquiry report, but despite sending letters and reminders, the Commission does not get a reply. In many cases, the Commission has now sent strict letters related to sending information by sending time bound and nominated letters. Therefore, the High Court Commission said that a policy decision should be made about compensation at the level of governance so that all the victims can get equal relief. The Commission argues that when the government gives compensation to the victims of snakebite deaths, the cases of dog bites should also be included in this list, but despite repeated calls, the action was taken under Section 18 of the Human Rights Act The commission went to the High Court.
