These OEMs, together with Indian Strategic Partners (SPs), will build six conventional submarines with advanced technology indigenously. Rosoboronexport (Russia), Naval Group (France), Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering (South Korea), TKMS (Germany) and Navantia (Spain) have been chosen as OEMs, while Indian strategic partners include MDL and L&T.
