Lucknow: Everyone is being made aware about getting the corona vaccine. So far, the government has done many things to motivate people to get the corona vaccine. Now a big news has come in the midst of all this. In fact, people who have not got the anti-coronavirus vaccine will now have a cross mark at their house. Yes, from the coming Monday, the Health Department is going to start a door-to-door vaccination campaign. In such a situation, both those who have been vaccinated and those who do not get vaccinated will be marked during this time. In such a situation, all the adult members of that house will be vaccinated wherever the mark of the cross will be seen.

Let me tell all of you that asha workers have been entrusted with the responsibility of identifying such houses. During this campaign, ANMs will go to homes and get vaccinated and where no one is found, marks will be placed outside that house. Asha has also been asked to mark the house where even a single member has been left out of vaccination. Let me tell all of you that in the house where people have got the first dose done during this period, there will be no mark, but their dose will be recorded. Similarly, those who have time to get another dose will also be marked in their homes. Moreover, where all the family members have received both doses, there will be a trace of vaccination complete. In this regard, CMO Dr. Sandeep Chaudhary said that 100 per cent immunization is our priority. According to reports, ASHA and ANM involved in the campaign will have red, white and blue chalk.

All of this will mark them with chalk to suit the colour of the houses, that is, if there is a white house, a red or blue chalk will be marked so that it can be seen. Let me tell you that corona vaccination has started in the district from 15th January. A target of 29 lakh 64 thousand 71 people above 18 years of age is set to be vaccinated against corona. About 27 lakh people have received their first dose so far in the district. This means that there are still about 1.5 lakh people who have not been vaccinated against corona. On the other hand, the district is far behind in the second dose as only about 9.5 lakh people have been hit by the second dose so far.
