Mumbai: A 3-month online course designed by the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) has been launched for medical students who have returned from Ukraine. Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS), Nashik, in association with Elsevier, a private institution, has developed digital studded material.

According to the report, state Medical Education Minister Amit Deshmukh and MUHS Vice-Chancellor Lt Gen Madhuri Kanitkar (retd) launched the study module. It's completely free. Vice-Chancellor Kanitkar said, "The digital content has been developed by MUHS with the help of Elsevier. It is a voluntary course for students who have returned from Ukraine. It is a temporary arrangement for students who do not currently have access to education."

He said that MUHS has also developed a mobile application for online learning modules, which candidates can download on their mobiles and avail the course. He further said, "Students who wish to take online courses will have to register themselves on the MUHS portal. Students will not be charged any fee for this course.'' He said this module will be beneficial for the students who have returned from Ukraine and they should take advantage of it.
