New Delhi: This is good news for travellers of Bihar-UP during Diwali and Chhath Puja. Now, passengers equal to the number of seats can travel in the bus. The Transport Department on Friday has released detailed guidelines in this regard. Important guidelines related to covid have to be followed.

The state government had last month issued an order allowing the operation of interstate buses from November 8, keeping in mind the provisions related to Corona. But how many people would be allowed to sit in the bus, there was doubt on what the fare would be. In addition to the 200 interstate buses, the Transport Department is soon going to issue tourism permits for other buses.

The Railways has also decided to run special trains from Ranchi to Motihari, Saharsa with the aim of making it easier to go to your village and home on the occasion of Deepawali and Chhath. Ranchi to Patna-Islampur and Ranchi-Patna-Purnia operations will start from November 10 and trains will run till November 30. Ranchi-Jayanagar will run on 16 and 20 November. People of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh live in large quantities in different cities of Jharkhand.
