Ahmedabad: The results of assembly elections in Gujarat are coming. The counting of votes began at 8 am. Yes, in Gujarat, where the BJP government seems to be formed in the exit polls. Polling for the 182-member Gujarat Assembly was held in two phases on December 1 and December 5. Meanwhile, a Congress candidate from Gandhidham, Bharat Solanki, also tried to commit suicide at the counting station. Bharat Solanki tried to commit suicide by tying a noose around his neck alleging EVM malfunctioning.  

Congress candidate from Gandhidham Bharat Solanki has alleged that EVMs were not properly sealed. Not only this, some EVMs did not even have signatures. Bharat Solanki alleged malfunctioning of EVMs. Not only this, but they also sat on a sit-in protest in the counting room. Thereafter, he tried to commit suicide.

The Bharatiya Janata Party is heading towards a landslide victory in the Gujarat Assembly elections. According to the trends so far, the Bharatiya Janata Party is leading in more than 150 seats. The Congress is leading in 17 seats. Aam Aadmi Party is leading in 6 seats, while others are ahead in 4 seats.
