Ahmedabad: The election in Gujarat has been blown away. Now as the date of voting is approaching, the series of allegations and counter-allegations is also intensifying. In fact, the Gujarat Congress has made a big allegation against an Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader. The Gujarat  Congress has alleged that an AAP leader is "sexually exploiting" women in the name of getting tickets. After this, they are being 'blackmailed'. The AAP has lodged a complaint with the police in this regard.

According to media reports, the Congress cited a video played by a Gujarati channel accusing the AAP leader. Not only this but this video clip was also played in his press conference. State Congress spokesperson Pragatiben Ahir said the people of Gujarat will never spare those who hurt Gujarati pride and dignity of women. At the same time, AAP has also filed a complaint against the Gujarati news channel with the cyber cell in Ahmedabad. The AAP has said in its complaint that the video being circulated against their leader is morphed. On behalf of the AAP, it has been said that through this video, the image of their leader has been tarnished and has been defamed.

According to the report, the complaint filed by AAP's legal cell states that the video was circulated just to damage the party's image ahead of the Assembly elections due in December.
