Ahmedabad: The day curfew has ended today in Ahmedabad. To curb the corona virus infection, night curfew will now be applicable. The night-curfew applicable from Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm will also be applicable in Surat, Vadodara and Rajkot. In this regard, the state's CM Vijay Rupani has said that the night curfew will be implemented in these four cities from Monday.

Rupani also said that curfew will be strictly enforced. Let us tell you that since Diwali, the number of new corona patients has increased here. In Ahmedabad alone, the total number of infected people has reached 47,309. However, the number of active patients is 3,362. So far 1,968 people have died. 41,979 people of Ahmedabad have also recovered from this epidemic.

According to Dr. ACS Rajeev Gupta, Special Officer (Additional Chief Secretary), Ahmedabad Manpa, who is looking after the arrangements related to Corona, the government had decided to implement the curfew from November 20, after Diwali. However, he also said that there is complete arrangement of beds in this city for the patients. 300 doctors and 300 medical students have been deployed in hospitals here. Also, the number of beds has also been increased by 900 more.
