The Supreme court today has asked Gujarat trial court to urgently consider the Asaram Bapu case and finish the trail who is accused in a rape case.
The court in February had ordered the governments of Uttar Pradesh and Haryana to give protection to the witnesses in the Asaramrape-case. In February the court also refused to hear the bail plea of Asaram Bapu.
He wanted to bail on a medical condition. He was arrested by the Jodhpur police in 2013 and from that time he is in Jail.
