Ashok Kumar has ruled out all the hearts in the film industry. Today is his birthday. Ashok Kumar has also served as a laboratory assistant before coming to the film industry. Ashok's brother in law worked in Bombay talkies. He called Ashok there and spoke to work in films. If the lead hero of a film fell ill, Ashok was taken to his place. Ashok's career started. In the film industry, Ashok is also known as Dada Uni. Ashok Kumar used to roll a very clean roll in his films. Ashok Kumar took the films as an entry anti-hero. He has won all his heart with his acting. Ashok played a very good role as an anti-hero in the ' Kismat ' film.

Ashok was born in Bhagalpur in Bihar. He was born in a middle class Bengali family. Ashok has completed his schooling from Khandwa. Ashok has done college from Allahabad University. Ashok's visitation to this college was from Shakdhar Mukherjee. Ashok has married his sister to Shakdhar Mukherjee. 

Ashok Kumar has performed very well in films like ' Kangan Bandhan ' and ' Jhula '. In these films, actress Leila Chitnish has worked with Ashok. After these films, Ashok's proposals were coming up with many more films. By acting well in these films, Ashok had made his place in the hearts of the audience.  Ashok has also opened his production company after working in films. In his production company, Ashok had made the first film ' Samaj ' but the film could not play its magic at the box office. The audience had completely rejected the film.

Ashok had no advantage by opening the production company after three years he closed the company. Ashok refused to work in films but at the behest of actress Nutan, he worked in the ' Bandini ' film and the film was very fond of the people. The film is remembered as the classic films of history. Ashok has shown many of his forms in films. They have made many rolls in films. Ashok has also won the best actor award in his career.  Ashok has also worked in TV serial besides films. Ashok has worked in Doordarshan's Bhimbhawani, light and Bahadur Shah Zafar. Ashok Kumar has also won the title of Dada Saheb Phalat Award. Ashok Kumar passed away on December 10, 2001.
