Rachita Ram is an Indian film actress and model who mainly is seen in Kannada films. She made her acting debut in the Kannada film industry with the film Bul Bul. Rachita was born in Karnataka but has her roots in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. She is a trained classical Bharata Natyam dancer who has given more than 50 performances. Before moving into movies, she worked in the Kannada TV soap opera serial “Arasi” which was aired from 2007 to 2009 on the Zee Kannada TV channel.

Her father Ram is also a Bharata Natyam dancer who has given nearly 500 public performances. She has a sister, Nithya Ram, who is also a television and film actress. Rachita Ram auditioned for the female lead role in Bulbul with 200 other girls before she was finalized in July 2012. She was paired opposite Darshan in the film that went to become a commercial success. She acted with top actors in the industry like in Ranna with Kiccha Sudeep, in Chakravyuha opposite Puneeth Rajkumar, Dil Rangeela with Ganesh and also she acted with Srimurali in Rathavara.

Rachita Ram's upcoming movies are Dhruva Sarja's Bharjari.  Rachita Ram gave amazing performances in the movies including “Ambarseesha”,  “Johnny Johnny Yes Papa”, and many more. Also, she has earned a few nominations including 2 Filmfare Awards & 2 SIIMA Awards for Best Actress. However, she has the ability to win the hearts of many with her incredible acting prowess.
