Surekha Sikri's name is very popular in theater, cinema, and small screen. Along with this, Surekha got the most popularity from the character of Dadi Sa in Colors' serial Balika Vadhu. Her work was well-liked. The latest example of this is Ayushmann Khurrana's film Badhaai Ho. While talking about Surekha's birthday, some things related to her life. Surekha Sikri was born on April 19, 1945, in New Delhi. With this, she was very good in studies since childhood. She grew up aspiring to become a journalist or writer. But luck had something else approved.

Kissa Kursi Kawas was her first film when it comes to movies. This film came out in the year 1978. She has since been a part of films like Tamas, Salim Langade Par Mat Ro, Little Buddha, Sarfarosh, Zubaida, Kali Salwar, Raincoat, Tumsa Nahin Dekho, Humko Deewana Kare Gaye, Dave D, GoSt Stories, and Badhaai Ho. Now she is going to be seen in the film Sheer Korma.
