Chandigarh: Surya Grahan Mela to be organised on June 21 in Kurukshetra, which was witness to the Gita. This year, devotees in Asia's largest Brahmasarovar will not only be deprived of the sting of reverence, but the entry into Dharmanagri will also be completely closed. Although the tradition of bathing on Surya Grahan is not broken, some people have been allowed to bathe on behalf of the administration.

These few people include officials of religious institutions and Mahants of Akharas. The important aspect is that all of them will undergo a medical checkup and corona check before bathing. Mahant and religious institution official's whose report will be found negative will be allowed to take bath. For this, the Kurukshetra Development Board has started taking samples of Corona in the office.

The entire country will see a solar eclipse with 6 retrograde planets in the Mrigashira constellation on 21 June. The solar eclipse will begin in the Mrigashira constellation of Gemini. During the eclipse, the full size of the Moon will be seen on the ring of the Sun. The centre of the sun will appear completely black, while the edges will glow. According to astrologers, after 25 years, such a situation will occur that darkness will prevail during the day itself. Earlier this happened during the solar eclipse on 24 October 1995.
