Budget 2021: Haryana CM says 'will give massive boost to economy'

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal has termed the Union Budget as development-oriented, poor friends, and future-friendly. He said that special focus on agriculture, health services, infrastructure, women, and young citizens in the budget can help improve the lives of the people of Haryana. While congratulating Nirmala Sitharaman for presenting the budget amid adverse conditions, he said that this budget will give a big boost to the economy and can further strengthen the resolve of self-reliant India.

At the same time, he further said that the announcement of extending the ownership plan to all the states and union territories of the country is worthy of thanks. He said that Haryana is the pioneer state, which started the scheme to free the villages from Lal Dora, so that the villagers could get the right to own their property, buy land, sell it and take loans on it. This scheme of Haryana is receiving appreciation across the country and currently, it is being run in 8 states under the name of the PM Ownership Scheme.

CM said that the state government's plans can be strengthened by the expansion of the Ujjwala scheme, allotment of budget allocation and announcements for farmers, the healthcare sector, affordable housing. Manohar Lal has increased the announcements related to the agricultural sector. He has said that this can help in realizing the vision of doubling the income of farmers by 2022.
