Indian cricketer Mohammed Shami's wife Hasin Jahan on Wednesday made some sensational allegations against her husband. She stated that Shami is a serial cheater and has been torturing her since several years in their marriage. On Thursday morning, Shami put forth his stance on the entire matter, the premier Indian fast-bowler said that the accusations against him are false and that he is innocent. Mohammed Shami’s wife Hasin Jahan come out in front of media.

"All these accusations made against me are baseless. They have no meaning. She said that this has been happening since five years, the fact is that we have been married just for four years," Shami said during in an interview.

An unnamed senior board official, said that the whole situation caught the BCCI in a dilemma of whether to take Shami's name off from the contract because of a personal reason or not, but in the end ethics played a big role in the final decision. “BCCI is in a bit of dilemma because there is a question of ethics involved here. Anyone can say that it’s purely a personal issue and has nothing to do with his professional life. That argument can be taken”.

Hasin Jahan said Shami was only concerned with money and fame. "I'm not going to divorce him till my last breath. I've all evidences against him and will soon drag him to court," she said.
