Ranchi: There is very big news for Jharkhand players. Appointment letters are going to be issued to medal-winning sportspersons who have been agitating for a long time for direct appointment. These players include the name of Bimla Munda, who was forced to sell the handis under the compulsion of family hardship. Sarita Tirkey used to wage wages. The compulsions of international medal-winning players were prominently shown by the local news. After which state Chief Minister Hemant Soren announced the appointment letter within 30 days, naming other sportspersons including Bimla Munda.

Sports Secretary Pooja Singhal said the process of direct appointment is complete. On March 17, the players have been given a job under a direct appointment. Appointment letters have also been issued to 36 sportspersons on Wednesday. A player has already been given a job.

Players to serve in the Home Department: It has revealed that most of the players are being employed in the Home Department from the state government level. Almost all the players will contribute to the Police Ministry as constables. There are very few players who can be employed in the Ministry of Education, sports, or other departments. In addition, 3 players are expected to be given grade-II jobs in the police department or elsewhere. However, the sports ministry had finalized 40 players under a direct appointment. One of them, Birsi Mundu, has been given a job at the DSO office in Ranchi. Of the remaining 39 players, 3 are to be given jobs in Class-I in view of their qualifications as per rules.
