Rumours are rife that Suriya Sivakumar may very soon cast his son Dev in a movie. The rumour began after his production company called little kids for auditions.
Suriya and his wife Jyothika have always kept their kids away from the limelight, and cinema. Well, there are speculations that they may just change their rules for their son.  Suriya's son Dev might very soon face the cameras, as his father is very excited for a new script. 
There is news that Suriya Sivakumar was extremely impressed after reading a script about a little boy and a puppy. Hence he is keen on making the movie and might surprise us by casting his son as the lead character in the movie.
 Well, there has been no official announcement about the same,  yet. On the professional front, Suriya is working on a film written by  Nandha Gopalan Kumaran aka NGK, directed by Selvaraghavan. The movie shall  be produced by S. R. Prakashbabu and S. R. Prabhu and would have Rakul Preet Singh and Sai Pallavi cast opposite Suriya in the lead roles.
