Chandigarh (JnN): We did not comment on Prime Minister on August 26. Some channels played such news. Some newspapers also printed. The media should not do such a report. The full bench of the Punjab and Haryana High Court gave this advice on Tuesday. As the hearing on Tuesday, the bench of three judges said that in the context in which the matter was said, there was no such thing in it. Media has incorrectly presented the remarks of the High Court.

During the hearing, when the lawyer of the dera said that the police is sealing unnecessary tenants, the court said that we did not ask any seals, only asked for investigation. It has been asked to ensure that there is no dangerous thing like weapons in the camp.

If war becomes a situation, then it should be dealt with like a war:

The Punjab and Haryana High Court have expressed satisfaction over the action of police and security forces on demolition and arson. The High Court said, 'War had become a situation. Such a situation was to be dealt with like a war, with the strictest action taken against the rioters by the police and the security forces, a message has been received in such people that if someone has done such a thing again, will be processed.'

The High Court said that the police should never look weak and suffering. It is very important for the police to be strict. The remark was made on Tuesday by some lawyers to question the action taken against the Dera supporters.
