Shimla: The employee of the popular Siddhpeeth Baba Balak Nath temple of northern India has been suspended who deposited the donation amount in his personal bank account. The suspended employee belongs to SDM office, Badsar. This case was revealed this month.

According to the case, a devotee from Punjab had conducted a donation of Rs 25,000 from the SDM office to the temple trust. To donate on behalf of the devotee, he asked for the account number of the temple trust. But the criminal employee working in the SDM office gave the devotee his personal account number instead of giving the account of the temple trust. The devotee put an amount of 25 thousand as a donation in the given account number.

When the devotee asked for the receipt of the offering from the employee concerned, the employee started arguing. On receipt of the receipt, the devotee gave it to the complainant Baba Balak Nath Temple Trust chairman and SDM Badsar Pradeep Kumar. As soon as the case came up, the concerned employee deposited the amount of 25 thousand rupees in the temple trust account. After proving the charge against the concerned employee in departmental inspection, he was removed from the SDM office, Badsar and attached to BBN College Chakmoh. It is being told that the employee concerned has been involved in this type of case earlier also. SDM Badsar sent the file to Baba Balak Nath Temple Trust's commissioner and Deputy Commissioner Hamirpur Harikesh Meena after completing the investigation of the case and the accused was suspended.
