Lucknow: Corona has greatly affected almost every state of the country. If the same thing is for Uttar Pradesh, then the corona patients whose immunity will be weak in UP will not get the consent of home isolation. Such infected will have to go to the hospital. This guideline of the Government of Uttar Pradesh is asymptomatic of COVID-19 for patients without symptoms. According to the guidelines, corona patients who are already suffering from HIV and cancer will not have consent for home isolation. Such patients will have to undergo treatment in the hospital.

According to the new guideline, patients without symptoms, who have facilities in the house according to protocol, will be approved for home isolation. In addition, this facility will be available only to those people who have been told by the doctor to be patients without symptoms. In the same guideline it has also been said that the facility of home isolation and quarantine of family members is available in the patients. They will agree to this. Along with this, there should be two toilet facilities in the house.

Also, it has been said in the guideline that to protect the patient for 24 hours, it is necessary to have a person. Maintaining the relationship between the caregiver and the concerned hospital is a major imperative of home isolation due to home isolation. According to the same home isolation instructions, the person taking care of the corona patient and those in contact with him must take hydroxychloroquine prophylaxis as per protocol. Also, all kinds of care and self-protection will be very necessary.
