New Delhi: Today relief news has come for Assam (Assam), which has been struggling with violence for the past several years. The possibilities of permanent peace in this North-East state have increased. The National Democratic Federation of Bodoland (NDFB) and other parties seeking separate Bodoland have decided to leave the path of violence. This is seen as a major success of the government in the efforts towards bringing peace in Assam.

According to the information, the Ministry of Home Affairs is going to sign a peace deal today with all parties of the National Democratic Front of Bodoland (NDFB) and All Bodo Students Union (ABSU). The agreement with Bodo organizations will be signed in the presence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah at 1.30 pm today. This peace agreement will meet political and economic demands with the protection of Bodo language and culture. From August 2019, the government worked rapidly towards the complete resolution of the Bodoland problem.
