Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Private Limited, the world's leading two-wheelers manufacturer, has exported 2,630 two-wheelers in April amid a nationwide lockdown caused by the Covid-19. Honda's domestic sales in April 2020 have been zero as of all production facilities suspended since March 22 as per the lockdown guidelines issued by the government.
Yadwinder Singh Guleria, Director - Sales & Marketing, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Private Limited, took up the matter, stating, "Honda suspended business continuity, safety of health and staff, families and communities since suspending operations in this unprecedented crisis Is taking strong measures for the well-being of our customers.
