Hong Kong: Shortly before, the Hong Kong police ended the siege of the university on Friday. The police had surrounded the premises for the last 12 days to arrest the anti-government protesters present inside the university. The pro-democracy protesters have said that in the coming days they will take out rallies and strike afresh. Hong Kong leader Carrie Lam and Beijing refused to make any more political concessions despite a landslide victory for pro-democracy parties in the local election last week, after which protesters announced a fresh take on the streets.

According to information received from sources, the police removed about 4,000 bombs of gasoline hidden in the premises. The protesters dropped these bombs. The protesters clashed with riot officials about two weeks ago on the campus and nearby streets. The deadlock at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University was the most dramatic development in the past six months in protest against the controversial bill. On Thursday, about 100 officers had entered the polytechnic premises to collect evidence and remove dangerous things. Police recovered 3,989 gasoline bombs, 1,339 explosive items, 601 bottles of harmful liquids and 573 weapons in two days. No demonstrators were found. Before the arrival of the police, about 20 people were hiding there to avoid arrest.

He demanded open support from Britain like the American President. The supporters of democracy also raised rallies all over Hong Kong raising slogans. However, after the police warning, the protesters dispersed. At some rallies, people took posters of US President Donald Trump. The rally was held on Thursday night after the signing of the Hong Kong bill by US President Trump. In this, the protesters had asked other countries to come in support like America. Police arrested two high school students with TATP. It is a powerful explosive, which is used in bomb attacks worldwide.
