New Delhi, It was the hot and humid morning for the National capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 30.5 degrees Celsius. According to a Met Department official, "The minimum temperature was recorded at 30.5 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average".
At 8:30 am, humidity was recorded at 53 %.
Likelihood of light rains and thunderstorm in some areas towards the evening and night has been predicted by Met Department.
It is expected the maximum temprature to remain at 38 degrees.
