Congress has not paid office rent for 3 years, landlord locked office

Lucknow: The Gorakhpur District Congress Committee office has been re-locked following a rally by Congress Party National General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra. The landlord is said to have locked the Congress office for not paying rent for three years. Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath's information advisor Shalabh Mani Tripathi also shared it on a video on his Twitter handle writing 'Don't pay the rent of Gorakhpur's elderly Rajman Rai Ji, give it, is there any morality left?'

He wrote in another tweet tagging former Congress National President Rahul Gandhi and the Congress party that, 'Rahul Gandhi Ji, Rajman Rai Ji of Gorakhpur has lost sleepless nights due to the 'property grab policy' of the Congress. You are requested to spare these elders, don't take possession of their property according to habit, pay their rent.' This isn't the first time. Even before this, in the year 2019, before the Lok Sabha elections, the Congress office in Purdilpur was locked, after which Congress workers opened the office by taking a room on rent in Transport Nagar.

In this case, the aggrieved landlord says that I have locked the Congress office because I have not received the rent to date. I ask for rent again and again, so I got told that we have just talked to Priyanka Ji, talked to the President, but kept giving me lollipops saying this.
