Carrot = 1/2 kg, grated
Full cream milk = one cup
Sugar = 250 g
Mawa = 250 g
Desi ghee = two tablespoons
Cashews = ten pieces, finely chopped
Pistachios = ten pieces, finely chopped
Grated coconut = 1/2 cup
Small cardamom powder = five cardamoms

Method of making carrot barfi- To make it, first boil the milk in a large pan. After that, when the milk is boiled, then put the grated carrot in it and keep running it for a short while. Now that the milk is boiling, cut the cashews and pistachios finely in such a long time. Now peel the small cardamom and make a powder of it, and at the same time mash the mawa and make it brown. After this, when all the milk is found in the carrot, then add desi ghee to it and fry it for four to five minutes while running it evenly.

Now after this, add powdered sugar to it and keep it running continuously. (barfi sweet) In a little while, the sugar will melt and turn into a saucer and then slowly soak up. Now after this, when the chashni in the carrot is completely dry, then put the mawa in the embroidery and cook it continuously until all its water dried. After that, when the carrot is well mixed, then add the grated coconut, small cardamom powder and a few cashew nuts to the carrot and mix it well. Then turn off the gas. Now you apply ghee to a plate and grind it.

After that put this mixture of carrots on the plate and spread it together with the help of a spoon. Now put the remaining cashew nut pieces and pistachios from the top and then press it slightly. After this, keep it under the fan for an hour to cool down. At the same time, after cooling, cut the barfi into the shape of your choice.
