Fenugreek laddoos are most beneficial in winter, very easy to make

It is winter season and in this season people prepare and eat different types of dishes at home. In such a situation, today we are going to tell you the method of making the most beneficial laddus. In winter you can make fenugreek ladoos at home which will be delicious to eat and very beneficial for health. It also proves to be a panacea for joint pain. 


Flour 2 cups

Gram Flour 1 cup

2.5 cups melted butter

2 cups sugar

1 cup cashew nuts, crushed

1/2 cup almonds chopped

1 cup coconut finely chopped

3 tsp fenugreek powder

2 tsp ginger powder

Method of making fenugreek laddoos - First keep fenugreek in jaggery powder for two days. So that the bitterness of fenugreek is gone. Now mix Gram Flour, black pea flour and wheat flour and keep it for 15 minutes. Then knead the dough lightly. Now take ghee in a non-stick pan and fry the dough. When the dough is roasted lightly brown, add cashew nuts and almonds. Then fry till golden brown. When it cools down, add a mixture of fenugreek and jaggery and stir well. Now add sugar, ginger powder, coconut husk. Take poppy seeds with a small fenugreek laddoo and tie the laddoos. Now finally fill the laddoo in an airtight container. Fenugreek laddoos taste bitter. However, it is also good for health. It also relieves joint pain.
