Hyderabad: The Huzurabad Assembly Constituency leading by-poll leaders want the Chief Minister to address a public meeting to turn the tide in favor of the party. The Chief Minister is scheduled to come to Huzurabad, but the dates for the Chief Minister's visit to Huzurabad have not been decided yet. During an informal interaction with the media, when TRS working president KT Rama Rao was asked about the Chief Minister's visit, he said that the program has not been decided yet.

"The gap between Eatala Rajendra (BJP candidate) and Gelu Srinivas Yadav (TRS candidate) is just 10 to 12 per cent and in this situation if the party chief addresses a public meeting, it will have a way of shifting voters to his side. There will be a big impact on the party," said a leader from Karimnagar. However, the party leadership is keeping silent and the idea is to look at the BJP's strategy. Union Home Minister Amit Shah asked his party leaders to campaign in support of Huzurabad. Said.

The ruling party wants to wait and see what Amit Shah will speak during his visit so that the chief minister can counter the comments that will be made by the BJP leader. Sources said the chief minister is likely to address a public meeting outside the constituency on October 27, which is also the last day of campaigning. The leaders said other options were also available to the party. The TRS leader said the party is holding a plenary session on October 25 and electing KCR as the president and it will also be an opportunity to tell what the government has done for the people. The Huzurabad by-election is to be held on October 30 and the results will be declared on November 2.
