Hyderabad: A tragic incident took place on Sunday morning in Pilloniguda of Shamshabad mandal. A couple committed suicide by jumping before a train in ranga Reddy District on Sunday. The victims, both are residents of Pitlaguda village of Nandigama in Rangareddy district. The deceased was identified as Shravan and Mayuri resident of Pitlaguda village.

Police Said, “Deceased Sravan and Mayuri were studying together and wanted to get married. However, when their parents did not approve of the relationship, they decided to take this extreme step.” Shravan and Mayuri's bodies were shifted to the hospital for post-mortem. The railway police registered a case and launched an investigation. Further details are awaited.

On March 27, a couple found dead on a railway track in Greater Noida while in February 2019, two teenage lovers committed suicide by jumping in front of a train in Coimbatore. The couple took a train to Chennai after returning from college and got down at Coimbatore station. They later jumped before train after spending some time chatting.
