Hyderabad: The four accused accused of rape and murder a doctor in Hyderabad, Telangana, have been killed in an encounter. The police claim that the accused tried to escape while the crime scene was being reconstructed and were killed in the encounter.

The encounter took place when the police took the accused on NH-44 to get the crime scene recaptured. According to the police, the four accused tried to flee from the spot. 

It is worth mentioning that four accused Siva, Naveen, Keshavulu and Mohammad Arif were in police remand in the case of rape and murder of a Vet doctor in Shadnagar, Hyderabad. It is being told that the police had taken the four under investigation to the flyover where they had set the victim on fire. The crime scene was being recast there. Meanwhile, all four tried to escape. On this, the police reacted and opened fire and killed the four into the encounter.

On the night of 27 November, the female doctor had a scooty puncture. While she was putting Scooty in the parking lot, only then did the four poor people commit the act of cruelty. The victim had called her sister and told her the situation. After the kidnapping, the four accused raped the doctor and strangled him to death. After this, the body of the rape victim was burnt by spraying petrol.
