Former Pakistan PM Imran Khan has approached the Pakistan Supreme Court against the Islamabad High Court's order on his arrest. PTI moves Supreme Court against petition to set aside Islamabad High Court's decision declaring Imran Khan's arrest valid. 

It was said in this petition that the order of the High Court is against Article 10A of the Constitution. The petition states that the decision of the Islamabad High Court is full of contradictions. It has been said in the petition in the Supreme Court – The warrants issued by the Chairman of NAB are illegal. Imran Khan argued in the court that no notice was issued by the NAB as to when the general inquiry related to the matter turned into an investigation. According to sources, Imran Khan also told the Supreme Court of Pakistan that there is a threat to his life. In his petition before the Supreme Court, Imran has opposed his arrest made by the court. He has also requested in his plea that the matter be taken up for urgent hearing today itself. 

On the same issue, Imran Khan has also received a setback from the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has objected to Imran's petition. The Supreme Court has objected to the authenticity of the petition. According to sources, Imran says that he may be given slow poison. Along with this, Imran also told the Supreme Court that after his arrest, he was not even allowed to go to the toilet. Imran Khan said, 'I have not gone to the washroom for 24 hours. My doctor Faisal should be called. I fear they may kill me like Maqsood Chaprasi'. Imran Khan said that they give such an injection that slowly a person dies.
