Kolkata: Union Home Minister Amit Shah, during his visit to Bengal, said on Friday that Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader Abhishek Banerjee will never become the Chief Minister of Bengal. Abhishek Banerjee has now retaliated for this statement of the Home Minister. Abhishek said that he will retire from politics if the central government releases Rs 1.15 lakh crore due to West Bengal. This comment by CM Mamta Banerjee's nephew, Abhishek Banerjee, came after Union Home Minister Amit Shah attacked the West Bengal government on many fronts, ranging from infiltration to corruption.

In fact, on Twitter, TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee said, "Home Minister Amit Shah, you talked about my imaginary ailments, but didn't care to remove the damage the BJP has done to West Bengal. If my existence bothers you to this extent, then give my state the right to Rs 1.15 lakh crore. I myself will retire from politics.

Let us tell you that earlier in the day, Home Minister Amit Shah said at the 'Jan Sampark Samavsh' rally in Birbhum district of West Bengal that the BJP will not allow this Hitler-like rule of Mamta didi to continue. Comparing Mamta Banerjee's rule with that of Hitler, Home Minister Amit Shah said that CM Mamta is dreaming that her nephew Abhishek Banerjee will become the CM of Bengal, but the next CM in the state will be of the BJP.
